The Role
We're looking for a Growth Lead to help own and drive how Loaf reaches its audiences from day one. You'll work directly with the founder to build awareness, grow the user base, and shape how we show up across every channel.
This isn't a senior exec role. It's a builder role. We want someone who can think clearly about where to play and how to win, and then go and do the work. Strategy and execution in the same person.
Our audience spans multiple communities: property investors, high-net-worth individuals, crypto-native users, and early adopters, many of whom live on very different platforms. If you're comfortable navigating different audiences and adapting how you reach them, you'll have a serious edge here.
What's involved
Growth Strategy & Execution. Help define how Loaf reaches its core audiences. Test channels, identify what works, double down. Build the funnel with the founder.
User Acquisition & Community. Drive early-stage acquisition across different investor communities. Understand where different audiences spend time and how to build trust with them.
Marketing & Content. Adapt messaging, campaigns, and content to resonate across different platforms and audiences. You know the nuances that make something land on Instagram versus Xiaohongshu, on LinkedIn versus WeChat.
Media & Partnerships. Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, creators, and community figures. Help the founder land coverage and collaborations that actually matter.
Brand & Creative. Make sure everything we put out feels premium, consistent, and like it belongs to Loaf, regardless of the platform.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market, ideally at a startup, or in fintech, crypto, or proptech
* Comfortable working across a range of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin, WeChat, Weibo
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a big plus.Ability to write, present, and create content across both languages is a strong advantage
* Grew social accounts to 25,000 followers or more.
* Track record of building audiences or growing engagement, whether for yourself or a brand
* Good creative instincts. You know what looks right, what tone works for which audience, and what makes content feel premium
* A strategic thinker who can also execute. No one's going to hand you a playbook
* Genuine interest in property, finance, or investing
* Comfortable working autonomously in an early-stage environment
