Production Team Leader
This is a senior leadership role in a dynamic production environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a diverse team.
You will play a vital part in enhancing the opportunities of our employees while ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved.
Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
Motivate and mentor employees to meet their employment goals, ensuring their work aligns with their skills, aspirations, and plans.
Schedule 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, with additional tasks including conducting skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce.
* Supervise and guide employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
* Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team culture.
* Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews.
* Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes and business requirements.
Requirements:
* Forklift license (desired), Truck Licence (desired).
* Experience in disability support will be highly regarded. Ability to supervise and Mentor supported employees.
