Senior Quantitative Consultant
Location: Brisbane
Salary: $130K-$150K Package
We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Consultant to join a leading insights and strategy consultancy known for blending human understanding with advanced analytics to help brands make brilliant leaps. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking end‑to‑end project ownership, combining strong technical skills with storytelling to uncover the unseen and unlock opportunities for clients. You'll work across diverse challenges spanning brand, communications, customer experience, innovation, audience discovery, and cultural insight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects end‑to‑end from survey design through to analysis, reporting, and client presentation
* Confidently run fieldwork and deliver research to a high standard
* Lead the analysis and interpretation of research findings into actionable strategies
* Apply advanced quantitative methods, including segmentation, regression modelling, MaxDiff, and choice modelling
* Use analytic tools such as Q and Displayr with confidence and rigour
* Translate data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations
* Manage and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Contribute to proposals and thought leadership initiatives
Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in quantitative market research or strategy consulting
* Advanced technical capability in applied statistics and modelling techniques
* Highly proficient in Q or SPSS, Displayr
* Skilled storyteller able to present complex insights with clarity and impact
* Excellent client management and project leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Commercial acumen with proven ability to contribute to business growth
