What are we looking for?

The Administration Officer plays an essential part in delivering on allcare's mission by:

* triaging and resolving queries received from clients, support teams and our employees as one of our first points of contact with the business;
* receiving incoming telephone calls and emails, and responding to enquiries in a timely manner;
* general administration duties such as data entry, coordinating mail, document management, and record keeping;
* project based work to assist in day to day running of the office; and
* supporting company events and allcare's client social programs.

This is a full-time, office-based role managing high volume inbound calls via telephone and email. Working as part of a team of Administration Officers, on a consistent roster covering core client hours (between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm).

The successful candidate will:

1. be passionate about making a difference for people living in their own homes, with a positive, can-do attitude;
2. demonstrate a professional, empathetic and courteous phone manner, with the ability to support clients who may find it difficult to clearly articulate their needs from time to time;
3. have well-developed digital literacy, including experience with client databases and Google suite;
4. be skilled in problem-solving, triaging calls and emails, and managing multiple tasks efficiently;
5. be a motivated team player focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Experience in a similar contact centre style role is advantageous.

We also require the following:

* Minimum two (but preferably three) doses of COVID-19 vaccination and an annual flu vaccination;
* National Police History check; and
* Valid Right to Work status in Australia.
