WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will be responsible for the hands‐on activation, management and optimisation of global paid media campaigns across key search and social platforms. Working across multiple markets, you'll oversee campaign set‐up, media buying, audience segmentation, bid strategies, budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance and ecommerce revenue. You'll continuously monitor and optimise campaigns against key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue, using data‐driven insights to inform targeting, creative and spend decisions. Collaborating with ecommerce, creative and analytics teams, you'll ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, scaled effectively and aligned with wider commercial objectives across international markets.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* 1–2 years hands‐on experience in Paid Search and Social
* Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and YouTube Ads (desirable, not required)
* Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
* Agency experience or exposure to fast‐paced environments (eCommerce, FMCG, Fashion, D2C)
