Electrotechnology Trainer Role
This position involves contributing to the delivery of quality learning and teaching within vocational education and training (VET) programs.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and implement engaging and inclusive learning techniques, options, and products that cater to diverse student cohorts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead effective teaching and learning in various environments with a focus on student engagement and progression.
* Develop and utilise flexible learning approaches that meet industry skills standards.
* Design assessment tools and processes that align with industry requirements.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training provided.
* Establish effective working relationships with students, client groups, and staff through team collaboration and feedback.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III Electrotechnology qualification or equivalent.
* Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
* Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform the training and assessment provided.
* Evidence of professional development in vocational training, learning, and assessment.
* One of the following credentials: TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE50111 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
