In this position, your primary focus is the technical and visual development of design assets. You will work behind the scenes to support the design process by translating concepts into high-quality visual materials. This role requires a professional who can interpret these elements to produce accurate and compelling graphical content. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual integrity of the brand and ensuring that all creative projects are informed by a meaningful understanding of First Nations history.Qualifications:Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with internal design teams.Architectural Understanding: A understanding in architecture, ensures that you understand how document may work.Graphical Proficiency: High-level graphical skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and presentation layout.Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to create high-quality mood boards and visual assets.Cultural Knowledge: A foundational understanding of First Nations history and knowledge, with the ability to integrate this awareness authentically into creative work.
