About the Role
* Provide person-centred support to our participants, enabling them to participate in community activities and access essential services.
* Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
* Support participants in developing skills and achieving independence through goal-oriented programs.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (or willingness to obtain).
* Able to work flexibly around a 24/7 roster, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
* Maintain participant confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
Safety and Quality Assurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
* Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You', and provision of a certificate of completion.
* Driver's licence and own vehicle for transporting clients.
* Use of own smartphone for receiving shifts and recording client progress notes.
