Every Day, You'll Contribute By
* Providing immediate, trauma-informed support that helps individuals feel safe, understood and empowered to make informed choices
* Collaborating with emergency, forensic and external services to ensure coordinated and compassionate care
* Responding to after-hours presentations, delivering timely in-person or phone-based guidance across the region
* Supporting service improvement and sharing insights that enhance care quality and team capability

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Qualification and registration as a Psychologist or Social Worker
* Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed practice and crisis support
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and agencies
* Ability to manage on-call responsibilities and respond promptly in time-sensitive situations
