About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Integration Analyst
to join our growing team, working with some of the world's leading retail and eCommerce brands. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless system integrations, bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse, document, and manage integration requirements across multiple systems, including 3rd party platforms and internal applications.
Strong working knowledge of
SQL Data, Data Analytics.
Day to Day API Integration & Testing
with multiple clients.
Work closely with
QA teams
,
Data Analysts
, and
Business Analysts
to ensure end-to-end solution quality and performance.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of integration solutions within complex retail or eCommerce environments.
Collaborate directly with clients — both remotely and face-to-face — to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct impact assessments, troubleshoot integration issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of integration processes and workflows.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience
as an Integration Analyst (or similar role) within
retail or eCommerce
environments.
Strong understanding of
system integrations
,
data flows
, and
API / middleware technologies
.
Experience working collaboratively with
QA
,
Data
, and
Business Analysis
teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage
face-to-face with clients
.
Familiarity with 3rd party systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, or payment gateways is highly advantageous.
