We are seeking an expert Operations Manager to join us on a Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, embody our values and prioritize outstanding service. They will work with a prominent National client in the telecommunication sector, with great alignment and commitment to delivering high-quality operational services. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and will involve working closely with the client to ensure successful delivery of customer concepts.
The Position
* Lead the BMS Operations Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of all client connected facilities.
* Provide guidance to Facility Managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
* Bring innovation to the service delivery model
* Problem Management key critical incidents and provide long term solutions
* Manage contractor relationships, validate KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Proactively identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to ISS management.
* Ensure effective management of risk identification/controls, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues.
* Collaborate with Operations Management to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.

Minimum Criteria
* Critical Infrastructure/ Telecommunication experience highly desirable
* Mechanical/Electrical Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Understanding of Building Management Systems and critical operations.
* Problem Management Experience in Critical Environments
* HVAC License highly desirable
