Main Duties:· Plan and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.· Manage inventory, including purchasing, stock control, and minimizing wastage.· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expense management.· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.· Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales and brand visibility.· Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain a high-performing team.· Build relationships with local suppliers, community members, and key stakeholders.· Ensure outstanding customer service and handle feedback effectively.· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.Skills & Qualifications: · Minimum of bachelor's degree· At least 1 year of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.· Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.· Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.Australian citizens/permanent residents preferred.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Minimum Requirements:1.
