Job Title: Product Manager
Cleared are seeking a skilled Product Manager to support a highly secure government agency focused on national security, intelligence, and protective operations.
As a key member of the product delivery team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customers and be responsible for ensuring that products meet their needs and expectations. You will navigate complex stakeholder relationships, comply with regulations and laws, and work in a transparent and accountable environment.
You will be concerned with the long-term success and viability of products and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure they meet both customer needs and business goals.
The role requires a creative and resourceful approach to modernising and innovating legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer needs and business goals.
* Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's vision, goals, and key milestones.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and development teams, to gather input and feedback on product plans.
* Work with development teams to ensure that product requirements are properly understood and implemented.
* Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience.
* Ability to create product roadmaps, define product vision, and align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
* Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and features based on value and impact.
* Ability to manage and prioritise the product backlog effectively.
* Demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of product development, including software development, software architecture, and infrastructure.
Desirable Skills:
* Proficiency in working with a range of Product Management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar for product planning and collaboration).
* Familiarity with government processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
A current TSPV security clearance is essential for this role.
