This is a fantastic opportunity to gain formal qualifications while learning on the job from experienced tradespeople.

What you’ll be doing
Learning to operate and maintain fabrication equipment (guillotines, folders, grinders, saws).
Gaining welding experience across aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
Assisting with fabrication, fitting, and assembly of sheet metal components.
Preparing and finishing fabricated parts, including painting and surface treatments.
Reading workshop drawings and following safe work practices.
Working on diverse projects in-house and occasionally on-site.
What we’re looking for
A willingness to learn and follow instruction.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine interest in the trade.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physically capable of handling tools and materials.
Victorian driver’s licence (provisional or higher).
Eligible to commence or already enrolled in a recognised Sheet Metal / Engineering Fabrication apprenticeship.
