Sales Coordinator role supporting sales activities and campaign management in a energetic media setting at JCDecaux Australia.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities
Assisting with building campaign proposals
Creating and running relevant reports such as MOVE, Fusion, Agile
Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements
Communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts
Providing the sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns
Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing
Tracking bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople
About You
The company is looking for:
Ambitious self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Solid administration skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving ability to identify and resolve issues timely manner
Clear and persuasive communication skills, including group presentations and writing
Ability to multitask and work unsupervised
Customer service orientation
Self-management and confidence
