* Chef / Cook role with food services experience
* Demonstrated ability to cook and prepare meals in line with dietary requirements and menu plans.
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in food preparation hygiene and infection control principles.
* Basic computer literacy using a range of online systems.
* Proven ability to work a 7-day rotating roster weekends and nights included
* Please note there are no split shifts on roster
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of our team.
* Committed to a high level of patient centred care.
* Demonstrated knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety and safe manual handling practices.
