ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Property Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, positive experience for our landlords and tenants while being supported by a fun, high-performing and genuinely caring team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Help manage a residential property portfolio with professionalism and care
* Be a clear and confident communicator with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
* Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
* Manage leasing processes including advertising, applications and approvals
* Prepare and manage leases, notices and property documentation
* Proactively identify issues and solutions before they escalate
* Contribute positively to our supportive team-first culture
ABOUT YOU:
* Hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence
* A clear, confident and professional communicator (written & verbal)
* Highly organised with strong time-management skills
* Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
* Able to work independently while being a great team player
* Takes pride in delivering excellent service
