Territory Sales Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time Pathway)

We are expanding into North Queensland and are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a Territory Sales Manager role, supporting the Cairns region from Palm Cove to Gordonvale.
This position starts as part-time, with structured training and development, and a clear pathway to move into a full-time Territory Sales Manager role by September.

About the Role
This is a hands-on development role designed to give you the skills and experience needed to manage your own sales territory.
You will begin with telesales and customer support, learning our products, systems, and customer base. As your capability grows, you will move into face-to-face sales and provide relief coverage for existing Territory Managers, gaining real-world experience across different runs.
By September, the expectation is that you will be ready to step into a full-time Territory Sales Manager position, managing your own accounts and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Initial (Training / Part-Time Phase):
- Conduct telesales to existing customers and assist with inbound enquiries
- Learn product ranges, pricing structures, and internal systems
- Support customer service and account maintenance
- Assist with identifying new opportunities across the territory
- Provide relief repping support when other reps are on leave
Progression to Full-Time:
- Transition into regular face-to-face customer visits
- Take ownership of a defined customer base and territory
- Build relationships across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Entertainment venues
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and performance targets
What We’re Looking For

- Reliability and the ability to follow through on tasks
- A positive attitude and ability to take direction and feedback
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Ideal Background (but not essential)
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales
- Interest in building a career in FMCG or wholesale distribution
- Exposure to fast-paced environments
