Ballina Toyota currently has an opportunity available for an experienced Service Manager to oversee our successful team and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.
As the Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner, with a focus on resources and people. The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a medium-sized Automotive Service Operations business.
The successful applicant will possess:
* Exceptional leadership qualities
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers
* Strategic management of service department operations to ensure the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
* Knowledge/experience with Dealer Management Systems – i.e. Tune
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Drivers Licence
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to manage a diverse team
