Job Description
As a Electrical and Electronic Services Capability Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in providing repair, maintenance and technical support to Defence in the areas of major and minor fleet units and support services located around Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across integrated workshops
* Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Provide technical direction and mentorship to staff
* Support workforce development and engage with customers and stakeholders
* Oversee project delivery and champion workplace standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years' experience leading and managing technical teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Diploma in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain within 12 months
* Comprehensive understanding of OHS and commitment to workplace safety
* Class C driver's licence and ability to work in shipboard environments
