What you'll be doing
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
* Be the expert! Assist customers with travel‐related questions such as visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, etc.
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.
What we're looking for
* A seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a go‐to person in your circle for travel recommendations.
* Great organisational skills – taking notes, managing calendars, and quickly responding to customers' phone calls and emails.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time.
* Savvy with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems for the right flight and package options.
