Job Title: Live-In Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
Manage guest relations – handle feedback, complaints, and VIP stays with a professional and solutions-driven approach.
Maintain strong communication with the Group General Manager and report on occupancy, maintenance, and staffing updates.
Ensure adherence to JH Group operational policies, OH&S, and brand standards.
Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to maintain the hotel's presentation and cleanliness.
Oversee supplier coordination, deliveries, and basic financial administration (invoicing, petty cash, banking).
Support recruitment, rostering, and staff performance management where required.
Act as after-hours emergency contact and ensure guest safety protocols are always followed.
Liaise with local partners and tourism stakeholders to strengthen community relationships and promote the hotel.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven hospitality leadership experience (ideally in small to medium accommodation operations).
Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality leadership experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Sound understanding of PMS systems, OTA platforms, and front-office processes.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of compliance and safety requirements.
