About Us
* Psychology and Specialist Services (PsySS) oversees professional governance for all psychologists across Monash Health.
* We lead supervision, workforce development, the Psychology Registrar Program, and postgraduate student placements.
* Psychologists within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services work in clinical areas including inpatient rehabiliations, memory and pain clinics, community rehabiliation and older adult mental health.
About the Role
* 0.5EFT, 19 hours per week
* Lead professional governance for psychologists in Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services.
* Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based psychological services.
* Support workforce capability through supervision, education, and performance development.
* Collaborate with operational leaders.
* Contribute to service development and policy.
About You
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and endorsed in Clinical Neuropsychology.
* Board-approved supervisor for Registrar and Higher Degree supervision.
* Minimum 8 years' experience with demonstrated leadership and governance capabilities.
* Skilled in consultation, conflict resolution, and influencing across diverse teams.
