About The Role
NPS seeks a proactive team player for our Maintenance Division to support the scheduling and administration of multiple contracts in Melbourne's South East. Located at our office in Bendigo, this role specifically involves managing work schedules for field employees in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time fixed-term 12-month contract and an entry-level role; we are open to training someone who has the aptitude and attitude to learn and grow with NPS.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Contracts Manager in monitoring, controlling, and managing work orders and job requests.
Daily management of work schedules.
Liaising with clients and plumbers to prioritise and schedule jobs.
Establishing and maintaining processes and procedures for the scheduling department in consultation with management.
Ensuring all employee and sub-contractor records are maintained accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Data entry and reporting.
Completing jobs-management and invoicing requirements.
Assisting with the processing of quotations.
Always ensuring maximum office discretion and confidentiality.
Must have the ability to negotiate and deal with challenging people at times.
