With offices around the country, there is opportunity for inter-office engagement throughout your tenure. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Become a technical focal point and provide technical guidance for the structural team in HobartApply engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering solutionsLiaise with clients and design technicians and other team members to deliver practical solutionsManage clients, prepare fee proposals and tender documentationsProvide technical guidance to junior members of the teamWhat you bring:Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural designIn depth experience in structural engineering design and already obtained Engineers Australia Chartered Professional Engineering Status or equivalent;Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higher;Strong analytical thinking skills and a problem-solving mentality;Willingness to contribute to technical guidance of junior members through mentoring and checking of technical documentationExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both with colleagues and clients;Why join us:We're a friendly bunch who are passionate about our work.
