Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help deliver insurance reinstatement and commercial construction projects.
About the Role:
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, quality, and timely work is completed.
* Attend site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and escalate risks or delays.
* Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Trade-qualified Carpentery, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar, with 2–5 years' construction experience.
* Experience in supervision, leading hand, or foreman roles preferred.
* Familiarity with insurance reinstatement or commercial projects a plus.
* White Card and driver's licence required.
About You:
* A confident communicator, organised and proactive, with a commitment to safety and quality.
* Comfortable with MS Office and construction software, Procore experience desirable.
