We’re looking for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our growing Building Services team and contribute to projects that support Net Zero outcomes, future-ready buildings, and sustainable infrastructure. As a senior member of the building services group, you’ll lead the design and delivery of high-quality hydraulic systems for a wide range of projects including commercial, education, health, local government and infrastructure developments. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical and sustainability engineers to deliver integrated, efficient, and innovative design solutions — from early concept through to construction and commissioning. Your responsibilities will include: Leading hydraulic design, documentation and coordination (water, sanitary, stormwater, gas, fire & trade waste systems) Managing project delivery from concept through to completion Working closely with clients, architects, and other consultants to deliver sustainable outcomes Supporting energy transition and Net Zero design principles in building systems Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff Liaising with contractors and stakeholders during design and construction phases Contributing to design reviews, tender documentation and project delivery About You: You’re an experienced engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and seeing designs come to life. You’ll have a strong interest in sustainability and the future of the built environment.
