Your new position as Administration Assistant will be to provide support to the wider team. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls in professional manner
- Direct calls accordingly or be able to take detailed messages
- Assist with mail
- Record key points from meetings
- Printing product labels
- Filing, Scanning and archiving
- General Administration assistance as required
**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Positive attitude
- Must have current driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
