Responsibilities and Requirements
Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values
Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling
Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel care a bonus but not necessary
Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with clients
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives
Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals
Full driver's licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients' vehicle
Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required
