As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the chance to capitalize on existing relationships and build new ones with key decision-makers at Bunnings stores. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support our product portfolio across multiple locations, driving sales and achieving set targets.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and support our product portfolio in the territory of Bunnings stores, focusing on sales growth and company KPIs.
* Build and maintain positive business relationships with all Bunnings store key decision-makers.
* Present new products and quarterly brand plans to relevant Bunnings personnel, capitalizing on business development opportunities.
* Promote our commercial program to store decision-makers, generating new trade leads.
* Monitor Top Stock inventory, ensure high merchandising standards, and engage with consumers/end-users whenever possible.
* Maintain and enhance product knowledge through training courses, product functions, and online training.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and Bunnings store performance within your territory.
About You:
1. Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in business driving.
3. Strong ability to build relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Intermediate understanding of Salesforce/Sales Cloud and/or ERP systems.
5. Intermediate understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
