We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to deliver a refurbishment project within the hospitality sector in Katoomba. This is an immediate contract role through to May/June with a reputable fitout contractor.
About the Role
You will manage day‐to‐day site operations in a live environment, coordinating trades and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on‐site works from mobilisation to completion
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors
* Drive programme and ensure milestones are met
* Maintain WHS and quality compliance
* Manage site documentation and reporting via Procore
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on fitout and refurbishment projects
* Experience within hospitality projects preferred
* Office fitout experience also highly regarded
* Strong working knowledge of Procore
* Available to start immediately
