About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex glazing projects through to completion. This is a critical role responsible for commercial, manufacturing and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes while achieving delivery schedules, productivity targets, and cost objectives.
About you
You are a hands-on Project Manager with a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments. You lead from the front, thrive on accountability, and are focused on performance optimisation and delivering strong project outcomes.
You are comfortable working across factory, office, and construction site environments, ensuring coordination between trades, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
This is a delivery-focused role with real accountability, suited to experienced Project Managers who understand trade-driven construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the delivery of projects from contract award through to completion across a diverse glazing portfolio
* Coordinate manufacturing outputs with procurement, installation teams, and site requirements to meet construction programmes, sequencing, and site logistics
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, architects, engineers, and suppliers
* Proactively manage variations, claims, and reporting requirements
* Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation, Australian Standards, NCC, and contractual obligations
* Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, programme issues and technical constraints before they impact delivery
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a commercial leadership role
* Tertiary or trade qualification in Building Construction, Project Management or relevant discipline (desirable).
* Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and commercial principles
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
* A current White Card
* A valid Australian driver’s licence
* A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
