Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
* Proven track record hiring for various roles, including senior-level and technical positions
* Strong sourcing and assessment capabilities
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working across time zones and geographies
* Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
