Customer Service Specialist Role
Our store is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our sales team.
The role involves interacting with customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with stock management.
* Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
* Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
* Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met at all times
* Maintain stock levels and store presentation to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
* Contribute to the opening and closing procedures of the store
Requirements:
* Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Physical fitness for lifting and stocking duties
* Must be 18+ years old and hold (or be willing to obtain) RSA certification
