ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced National Valuer – Heavy Motor Salvage to join our high-performing team This is your chance to step into a secure, permanent role with flexibility to work from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide. Support the Heavy Motor Salvage (HMS) team by delivering accurate valuations and exceptional service to vendors, assessors, and buyers. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clear and accurate valuations for heavy motor assets and salvage advice for heavy motor and recreational salvage assets
* Managing vendor, assessor and broker relationships and stock through our internal system
* Assisting with sales processes, including pre- and post-sale reviews
* Handling enquiries and resolving complex issues promptly
* Facilitating referrals and agency agreements
* Ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
This role is all about service, accuracy, relationship-building, and keeping things moving efficiently.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Deep knowledge of salvage auctions and industrial equipment (transport, construction, civil, agriculture)
* Skill in valuing damaged and undamaged assets
* Auctioneering experience? Even better
* Solid MS Office know-how (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills
* Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
* A team-first attitude
