**About the Role**
We are searching for a** Qualified Butcher** to join this established Fresh Food Retailer. You will be an expert in all areas of meat preparation, de-boning, and delivering exceptional products for our customers. In this role, you will be confident in performing quality inspections, taking accountability for the presentation of the meat, and giving ideas and inspiration to your customers
**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally Food Handlers certificate
- Longevity in your past roles
- Exceptional skills in de-boning, tying, grinding, and tenderising meat
- Excellent customer service experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy with weighing and numbers
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the safety and use of equipment
- Understanding how to maintain and sharpen blades
- You will take a lot of pride and passion in your career
- Understanding of quality control checks
