About You:
* You are a performance-driven marketing professional with experience of leading high-converting campaigns across Google Ads and MS Ads.
* This role offers the chance to take ownership of paid search strategy, manage large-scale monthly budget campaigns and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, managing significant budgets in competitive verticals (ideally finance client experience).
* Develop and refine keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and ad copy, while monitoring key performance metrics.
* Collaborate with various teams to improve landing page performance and run regular split tests on offers and creatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' hands-on Paid Search experience (Google Ads essential) with proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Strong knowledge of bidding, attribution, conversion optimization, and performance analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking tools).
* Analytical mindset with a creative testing approach.
* Experience in financial services or paid social advertising is a bonus.
