A senior role in a leading national company is available to drive business transformation through excellence in service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of WHS initiatives, policies, and procedures across multiple sites.
 * Support the delivery of safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs to promote a strong safety-first culture within the organization.
 * Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend improvements.
 * Partner with operational leaders to drive a safety-focused culture and improve overall safety performance.
About the Role:
This position requires a minimum 2–3 years' experience in WHS or a similar role. Relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills are also essential.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
 * Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV in Work Health & Safety or higher desirable)
 * Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice, and compliance requirements
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence and build relationships across all levels
