Arias Disability Care Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to providing high-quality and person-centred services to people with disabilities. We are growing our allied health team and are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to help participants achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
The Role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist (SP) to work on a casual or part time basis with flexibility and autonomy. You will deliver evidence-based services across a range of ages and disabilities, conduct assessments, prepare reports, and collaborate with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
* Develop and implement tailored therapy plans.
* Write clear, evidence-based reports for NDIS requirements.
* Provide training and education to participants, families, and support staff.
* Collaborate with other allied health professionals to support participant goals.

About You
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Must be registered under AHPRA.
* Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership.
* Experience in disability, NDIS, or community settings preferred (not essential).
* Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel within QLD.
* Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
