Fantastic opportunities are now available for dedicated and enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our warm and welcoming team at Lighthouse Early Learning Centre .
Located in beautiful Daleys Point on the Central Coast, Lighthouse ELC is a privately owned long day care service catering for up to 58 children per day. We operate from 7:00am–6:00pm, providing high-quality education and care within a supportive, nurturing environment.
Our team is passionate about building trusting, secure, and positive relationships with children and families. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality programs that enable each child to grow, thrive, and succeed.
We are currently seeking Certificate III trainees and Certificate III qualified educators to join our team.
Qualified Educator Positions (Cert III)
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all children
* Develop, implement, and evaluate daily care routines
* Create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments
* Demonstrate sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Plan and deliver high-quality curriculum experiences
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively and provide support to co‑educators
Required Qualifications
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Certificate III Traineeships
Lighthouse ELC is also offering exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to begin their early childhood career through an 18-month Certificate III Traineeship .
As a trainee, you will:
* Work alongside supportive, experienced educators
* Gain hands‑on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification
* Be supported by TAFE NSW throughout your training
* Finish with a qualification that opens the door to a rewarding long‑term career in Early Childhood Education
