Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor seeking career growth and development within a forward-thinking organisation? We're looking for a talented Solicitor with 1–2 years' PQE from a reputable firm to join our established Commercial Property team.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing registered and unregistered titles, searches, and CPSE enquiries
* Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documents
* Handling straightforward freehold sales and purchases
* Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence
* Maintaining AML compliance and accurate file management
* Communicating directly with clients and supporting senior fee-earners.

Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years' PQE in commercial property. Key skills include strong drafting skills, attention to detail, technical ability, clear communication skills, organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
