In this client-facing role, you'll deliver technical solutions via phone, email and remote desktop, helping clients maximise the value of our software.Provide support for clients with active maintenance agreements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems, networks, applications, and virtualised environments.Document support cases and maintain accurate records in the support management system.Escalate complex or critical issues to specialist teams and assist with root cause analysis.Verify and document software bugs, liaising with product development teams to deliver solutions.Contribute to knowledge base articles and support process improvements.About YouYou are a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional client support.
You'll also bring:A few years of experience in IT support or technical support, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.A generalist IT background (Operating Systems, Enterprise Systems, Networks, Applications, Virtualisation).
