Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Administrator in Port Hedland WA. As a key member of our Operations & Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role

* Assist in the preparation of regular reports to ensure timely and accurate information is available for decision-making.
* Develop and maintain effective filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Source and procure office supplies and equipment to meet business needs.
* Raise purchase orders and process invoices to ensure efficient financial management.
* Coordinate contractor and APA staff site mobilisations to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and other team members.
2. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making.
3. Maintaining effective communication with contractors and APA staff to ensure smooth operations.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and implement changes.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Working knowledge of office equipment and technology.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
