About the role
This is a full-time position involving administration, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and support duties. The role is varied and touches many parts of the organization. We are seeking someone with experience in accounts and administration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls courteously, screening, and referring callers as appropriate, and providing email and phone messages when needed.
* Filing documents.
* Managing AR tasks such as invoicing, statements, receipts, and follow-ups.
* Assisting current staff with AP duties and covering during leave.
* Using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and M1 software.
Additional information
Applicants will be asked about their invoicing experience, right to work in Australia, familiarity with Microsoft Office products, administration experience, and years of experience in an accounts role.
