Responsibilities
* Lead commercial strategy across major tenders and bids.
* Manage risk, pricing, and contract positioning to maximise win probability.
* Oversee contract compliance and governance requirements.
* Drive effective change management processes across bids.
* Contribute to financial modelling, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence commercial outcomes.
* Assist in contract negotiations, upstream and downstream.
What you bring / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects.
* Strong background in Alliance or complex contract environments.
* Expertise in contract management, change control, and risk management.
* Highly developed stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
* Ability to influence outcomes in fast-paced, high-value tender environments.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Commerce or similar.
