Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
-Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
-Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming treatment area.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques.
-Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable client experience.
-Promote salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
-Relevant beauty therapy qualification(s)
-Proven experience in a beauty therapy role.
-Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
-Flexibility to work Thursday evenings and Saturday
