Responsibilities
* Manage/Assist with Key Customers' Fire Service Needs
* Installation, Modification, Commissioning, and repair of Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms & Emergency / Exit lights
* Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
* Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc.
* Report work progress and performance by completing productivity / key performance indicator (KPI) reports
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with our clients' needs.
* Attend all scheduled training programs. In-house training to be provided to the successful candidate
* Maintain best-in-class customer service
* Technical Assistance/backup for On Call Technicians
