About The Role
The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering the high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes continues to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

* Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
* Effective communication skills with the ability to adaptStrong customer service skills
