Your future role

We have an opportunity available to join our Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator, for our QNGR operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be joining a close-knit team who are responsible for supporting warehousing operations for our NGR train fleet. Based in Wulkuraka, QLD, your core hours will be Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm, with a requirement to cover night shift occasionally.

We’ll look to you for:

Operating forklifts to move and store and packing stock for maintenance and operations teams.Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory checks.Receiving goods and performing putaway tasks.Issuing parts and materials to relevant departments.Managing tools and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.Using our warehouse management systems and other computer-based tools.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

The ability to thrive within a face-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Willingness and ability to work different shifts across a 24 hour operation, if required.IT savvy with experience using SAP or similar ERP.Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally managing parts/components.A sound understanding of supply chain, warehousing and materials management.A valid forklift licence and experience using a high reach forklift.
