Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to programming, set up and operate CNC lathes or milling machines, including Doosan, Mori Seiki, DMG, Okuma, or Star Swiss machines.
What You'll Do
* Programming, set up and operate CNC turning lathes or milling machines.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to program and adjust machines.
* Monitor production processes, ensuring components meet quality standards.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and production output.
* Maintain a protected and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
Selection Criteria
* Proven 5+ years experience setting up and operating machines.
* Strong understanding of CNC programming and G‐code, CAD/CAM software or equivalent.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
* Knowledge of turning processes, tooling, and material properties.
* High attention to detail and quality control standards.
* Ability to meet deadlines and details.
* Self‐motivated and "can do" attitude.
